The registration process for sodaPAY is simple. All you need to provide are your organisation details and your payroll frequency (E.g weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly).
After you have registered in sodaPAY, we step you through calling the ATO or logging in to their website. This is required by the ATO to authorise sodaPAY to deliver your STP reporting.

Create an Account

When you first install sodaPAY you will need to create an account.

Tap the Create account button in the bottom left to enable you to create an account.

To create an account you must provide a valid email and a password.

Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length and contain characters from at least 2 of these groups:

  • Lower-case
  • Upper-case
  • Numbers
  • Symbols

Organisation Details

All fields (except Address Line 2 and Email Address) are required to submit STP to the ATO.

Your Organisation ABN will be validated to ensure it’s correct. If you get an error message please check your ABN and try again.

Your Organisation ABN cannot be changed once registration is complete.

Payroll Details

This information is used to create your pay periods. It will create your first pay period with the Payroll End Date you choose and will calculate the start date based on the Payroll Frequency you choose.

All fields are required.

Software Subscription ID

In order for the ATO to accept STP reports from sodaPAY on your behalf you must notify them of your unique Software Subscription ID.

You can do this by calling them on 1300 852 232 or logging into Access Manager with you AusKey or myGov credentials.
